Shanna is born and raised on the Emerald Coast. After completion of cosmetology school, Shanna started out doing hair in a walk-in Salon, where she grew clientele, which also gave her lots of experience with different hair types, textures, color for both men, women and children. Keeping up with today’s trends, Shanna can do all types of haircuts & styles. 
 
Shanna knew that God had a calling on her life, & it was to open up a Salon, & call it The Upper Room. In 2020, the Salon opened during a difficult season but God was orchestrating it all. And today, This salon is her ministry where she gets to have the opportunity to share the gospel and have encouraging conversations while doing hair! 
 

Which is so important because it’s more than just your hair we care about, we care about you!!

Irina is a blonde specialist, but also loves doing brunettes and redheads. She graduated Cosmetology school at the Okaloosa Technical College. With the integrity of clients' hair being her top priority, she sets aside time each year to grow with the industry by traveling to classes and workshops in order to stay connected and knowledgeable on upcoming techniques. 
 
 Three of Irina's strongest talents are : color correction, foilayage techniques ( balayage ) and bridal hair.

She is also a certified stylist for: * Brazilian Blowout ( smoothing treatment) * Kids Haircut Specialist * Zenagen ( hair loss treatment ) * Olaplex Professional Irina's attention to detail, perfectionism and clients' needs makes her an incredibly talented stylist. Two of her favorite hobbies are: hiking with her family and exploring new places in the USA!

Hi, my name's Nancy Weddington. I'm a Panhandle native and have been lucky to spend the last 15 years here following my passion. I love helping people feel fantastic about their hair. I love everything about the process - cutting, coloring, styling, beach waves, and updos. I love getting to know my clients! Building relationships & friendships is an important part of my job. 
 
I believe that hair should be fun so I make sure to listen well so that I understand what your likes and dislikes are, & in return the client should feel at ease & enjoy the process too! 
Our inner and outer beauty should be embraced every day. My goal is to do just that for you while you are in my chair!

Howdy, You guessed it, I am originally from Tuscaloosa Alabama. And I am not one of those crazy ones ha! I am the wife of the most extravagant man and mommy to our 3 1/2 pound pooch named Ginger Bread Fred (Famous Fred). 
 
I have been living and doing hair on our gorgeous Emerald Coast for almost 19 years. I am tender, compassionate and I joyfully cheer you on while you’re in my chair! I love to laugh with you & sometimes cry with you!  As your Stylist & friend, I always make sure to listen attentively to your hair needs as well as your personal needs.
 
I enjoy creating a brand new YOU or tweaking the look you already love. You’re important to me, and it’s important that you get what you came for.

I am Sarah Miles and I have been blessed to be a hairstylist for 12 years now. Working in what I call paradise, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, I excel in men’s haircuts, whether it be long surfer hair or military fades, I am trained to do it all. 
 
I also have a passion for color, I have been training for many years in all things color & work well with blondes, vibrant reds and vivid colors. Doing haircolor really is my passion, here is where the creativity that Papa God put inside me really comes out. 
 
I love giving a great blowout and style to end your service with a big smile.
